A program is the set of terms creators join: what you ask them to make, how you review it, and how they earn. Most workspaces start with one.

Start from the Setup page

Open Setup in the sidebar. It lists what’s left before you can launch, and offers two quick starts:
  • From your website: paste your site’s address. Rally proposes your brand identity, product knowledge and program details, and you review each before it’s saved.
  • With a coding agent: connect Claude Code, Codex or Cursor over MCP. The agent works through the checklist and asks you only where a person is needed.

Or start from a template

Open Templates to copy the structure of a program you know, such as a revenue-share or per-post program modeled on a public one. Rally tailors the template to your brand, and you review every field before it becomes a draft program.

Fill in the program

Each program has tabs for the parts creators see and the rules behind them:
1

Terms and review

Write the terms, choose the content formats and platforms you want, and set the review policy.
2

Rewards

Add one or more reward rules: what a creator earns for a post, a view milestone, a signup or a sale.
3

Payouts

Set the hold period, payout minimum and schedule. See Schedules, holds and refunds.
4

Page and form

Customize the public program page and the application form creators fill in.

Publish and invite

Publishing a program makes its page and application form live. From then on:
  • Creators can apply from the program page. See Recruit creators.
  • You can invite creators by email from All creators.
  • Changes to terms, rewards or payout settings create a new version, so creators always know which terms they joined under.
