What an agent can do
Anything a person with the same role can do in the app. Some examples:- Set a new workspace up from your website: brand identity, product knowledge, the first program, briefs and tracking.
- Write and publish a brief, assign it, and chase creators who are behind.
- Review submitted content against the brief and approve or request changes.
- Make AI ads from a brief, run them, and act on the ad optimizer’s suggestions.
- Explain the week: who is performing, what is stuck, what earned money, what to do next.
- Prepare payouts for a person to approve.
Who can connect one
Anyone with access to Settings → Agents & MCP can create an agent key. Only a brand owner can create a key with the owner role, or an autonomous key (one that does not stop for approval). MCP is included on every paid plan. How it stays safe
Roles
A key acts with exactly one team role. An agent with the content reviewer role cannot touch payouts, however it is asked.
Approvals
Money, publishing, ad spend, deletions and access changes wait for a person to confirm in Rally. See Approvals and roles.
Plan limits
The same limits as the app. An agent cannot do more than your plan allows.
Revoke any time
Revoking a key signs the agent out immediately.
Two ways to connect
- Agent key
- Sign in with OAuth
Create a key in Settings → Agents & MCP and paste it into your client’s config. The agent acts as the key, with the role you gave it. Best for coding agents and anything that runs unattended.
Quickstart
Connect your client in a few minutes.
For creators
Creators can connect their own assistant to their portal too.
