# Recruit creators

> Bring creators into a Rally program: applications from your program page, email invites, and Rally's creator sourcing.

## Applications

When a program is published, creators can apply from its program page using the application form you set up. New applications appear in **Applications**.

Open an application to read the creator's answers and profile, then:

* **Approve** and pick the program to add them to. They get an email with a link to their creator portal.
* **Request info** to ask them a question. The application waits as *awaiting info* until they reply and resubmit.
* **Decline** if they aren't a fit.

## Invite creators directly

Open **All creators** and choose **Invite** to add a creator you already work with. Enter their email and pick the program. They get an email to set up their portal, without applying.

## Find new creators

**Sourcing** searches Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X for creators who already reach your audience. Review the matches and invite the ones you want.

## Run it with Pep

[Pep](https://runrally.io/pep), Rally's AI program manager, can review applications against your criteria, draft replies and suggest creators to invite. Anything it does that affects a creator waits for your approval.
